Glyn opened his first restaurant in Ibiza in 2005, under the name ‘Oasis Bay' in San Antonio Bay, and in 2008 he opened Relish Restaurant. Here Relish rapidly built their reputation for great food and service.

A few years later in 2015 the team were presented with the opportunity to move to a larger venue, their current location, with a large inviting pool, and fantastic sea views.

Head Chef Glyn joined the team in 2013, bringing with him his exceptional culinary skills. He has since developed and expanded the menu to include an outstanding Burger menu, and most recently the popular World Tapas menu.
